Last reactor at Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant stopped
KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — Europe's largest nuclear plant has been reconnected to Ukraine's power grid, allowing engineers to shut down its last operational reactor inside an try to retain away from a radiation catastrophe while fighting rages inside the area.
The six-reactor Zaporizhzhia plant lost its external outside spring of ability a week ago following all its ability lines were disconnected while a consequence of shelling. The plant, one of the 10 biggest atomic ability stations inside the world, has been occupied by Russian forces since the early stages of the war.
